We offer a range of context-relevant, professional development courses for leaders, coaches and trainers, derived from our Middlesex University-accredited Applied Emotional Intelligence Programme. These lead to post-graduate credits, and some to a qualification from Middlesex University on successful completion of a university work based project module.
Our in-house, accredited EI-based leadership development programmes include:

Our open, accredited 'train the trainer' programmes for people specialists include:
♦ Essential EI Coaching Skills (for new and inexperienced coaches seeking an introduction to EI-based coaching) ♦ Advanced EI Coaching Practice (for experienced coaches seeking academic endorsement and EI-coaching specialism) ♦ The Emotional Intelligence Trainer

Shorter programmes We also run personal mastery and relationship management workshops, customised for specific audiences, and which can also lead to post-graduate awards. Again, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Masters in Work-Based Learning Up to 60 credits from our accredited programmes may be mapped on to Middlesex University’s MA or MSc in Work-Based Learning.
