About the iPA
Developed by Minds4Success Limited, this tool measures a range of behaviours, attitudes and personality traits distilled from recognised human behavioural and relationship theories including emotional intelligence.
The various reports explore ‘relationship with self’ and ‘relationship with others’, and the impact these both have on personal, team or leadership performance.
So why choose the iPA?
No more labels, being pigeon holed and put in a box The iPA is non-judgmental and aims to highlight unique attributes and potential, as well as the interferences to effectiveness and high performance. It explores current attitudes and behaviours, rather than personality traits.
No more ‘So what? – that’s just how I am’ The iPA encourages an individual to take responsibility for their feelings, behaviours and choices, and to recognise the impact these have on their life outcomes and relationships. It explores how the individual can manage their personality more effectively, and builds on any previous personality profiling that they may have been undertaken.
No more ‘So what can I do about it?’ The various iPA reports provide robust ideas for increasing personal, team or leadership performance. The personal iPA profile also includes a substantial, interactive e-workbook that the individual can work through on their own or within a coaching relationship.
The range of reports
iPA The main iPA personal report gives an indepth exploration of an individual's relationship with self, and how they relate with others.
iPA 360° To gain the perspective of others, the iPA is supported by a simple, optional 360° questionnaire.
tPA The Team Potential Accelerator - a team profile indicating how the emotional intelligence of the individual members is impacting on the team's current performance. Includes a 'team leader' profile.
LPA The Leadership Potential Accelerator - a personal profile indicating how the emotional intelligence of the individual is impacting on their leadership capability.
iPA Compatibility Our iPA Compatibility analysis compares the results of two or more iPA self assessment reports and highlights the likely strengths and challenges of the relationships between them. This analysis has been designed to be used in the recruitment process for identifying ‘best fit’ candidates, and also for relationship building such as in conflict or grievance situations. It is also useful generally for team and relationship development, to gain understanding of the different needs and wants of individuals.
Become iPA Accredited To become an accredited user of the iPA range of tools we run an iPA accreditation course. You will gain an indepth understanding of the iPA report, including the 360°, Compatibility and Team elements so that you can make the most of the information it provides, and help others explore their reports more meaningfully.
